Once a medication is dispatched, we will not accept the return of this medication. Protecting the safety and quality of the products, the purchases of merchandise is non-exchangeable.
If there should be any problems with your order, please notify us at the latest within one week of receipt; and then:your claim will be carefully reviewed and you will be informed of the outcome without delay. Potential shortcomings will be rectified and steps will be taken immediately to avoid any re-occurrences in future.
courierpharmacy will only provide a refund if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If at any time you would like to initiate such refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We cannot grant a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
Courierpharmacy has a written complaints policy and procedure. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them. To lodge a formal complaint, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Anyone unhappy with a response that courierpharmacy has provided to a formal written complaint, should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
